Robin Jenks Vanderlip has lived and worked in Northern Virginia and Mayland areas for over 30 years. She offers a unique professional edge with a notable market presence. Robin’s training and experience gives her the distinction as a Real Estate Generalist and Waterfront Specailist she is considered top notch in her field.
“Always happy to help,” whether a first time home buyer or experienced property investor. Robin is a Waterfront Housing Consutlant. Her accomplishment's include writing the Real Estate column for the Sourcebook Guide to Retirement Living publication. Teaching and consulting with Seniors and the Disabled Community a variety of topics including Buying a Retirement Home, Downsizing and Aging in Place. Her focus is the Luxury Home Market.
Robin’s husband is a retired Navy Officer and Disabled Veteran, so she knows how the military move and relocation system works.

Robin is active in her community and believes in giving back, as a community volunteer she has served as a local school PTA President several times, HOA / Community Assocaition President, Boy Scout Assistant Scout Master and Girl Scouts leader, as well as an instructor for the Fairfax County Community Emergency Response Team, and a member of the Steering Committee for the Northern Virginia Healthy Kids Collation. She is active with the Wounded Warriors’ and her church.
She holds a BA in Psychology from Salisbury University and MA from The George Washington University.
